With a Family visas UK, you are able to invite eligible family members to live with you in the country for a minimum of six months. You are welcome to bring your long-term caregiving relative, kid, parent, fiance, or other close family member along with you. Please think about requesting a Standard Visitor visa if you want to visit the UK for no more than six months.

possess a visa for Turkish workers or businesspeople, or

possess refugee status

provide humanitarian aid in the UK

The applicant’s immediate family member must fulfil the conditions listed below:

If submitting an application on your behalf as a kid, they must:

Dependent on you only

do not have a spouse or wife

reside with you (Can also stay in the hostel of school or university)

Be able to support themselves and any dependents they have financially in the UK (this does not be applied for any kids)

possess adequate English language skills, and

not have a criminal history or constitute a security concern to the UK.

UK partner or spouse visa

An eligible person can join their partner in the UK and live, work, and attend school there thanks to the UK spouse visa or partner visa offered through the Family Visa UK system. Candidates should be:

In a civil union or marriage to their spouse who resides in the UK, or

Having been in a committed relationship for at least two years with a partner who resides in the UK.

The applicant and their UK-based partner must also demonstrate that they make at least £18,600 annually, in addition to £3,800 for their first kid and £2,400 for each additional child. Additionally, candidates must be able to communicate in English at the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) level A1.

Holders of a partner visa may remain for up to two years and nine months. This can then be extended for an additional two years and six months. It is then feasible to submit an application for indefinite leave to remain (ILR).

Marriage visa

A proposed civil partner of a qualified individual residing in the UK may come to the country for up to six months in order to get married or form a civil partnership. The above-mentioned English proficiency and financial prerequisites for the spouse/partner visa must also be satisfied.

You can then apply for a complete UK Partner and Spouse visa once you are married to or in a civil partnership with your UK-based partner. Family visa

The Family Visa Program’s Parent Visas allow parents to live, work, and attend school in the UK while also accompanying and caring for their children.
